“I have always loved to express myself physically. As I mature in my career I want to be able to look back and reflect on the expressions of art that I made with my body.” Gabrielle “Gabbie” Britt enters the entertainment industry with a flare. A southern belle at heart, this small town girl has big city dreams. From runway, to print, to events, Gabbie is able to bring her unique style, ability, poise, and energy to the forefront.

As a young girl growing up in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Gabbie found herself in the confines of her room dancing the night away to videos on BET. “Where I grew up, there weren’t really any outlets to showcase your talent. My friends and I would put on talent shows for my grandmother.” Gabbie’s passion for dancing is what lead her to modeling. “I started performing at the age of 18, and then started to teach dance. I began to think about how to capture my movements beyond the canvas of the stage.”

Little did Gabbie know, her stage show would catch the eye of talent manager Kimberly Steward. “When I met Kimberly, we hit it off right away.” Kimberly introduced Gabbie to the world that she needed to illustrate her dance. “The first modeling photo shoot Kimberly took me to was a two day super shoot. It was amazing, there were photographers, models, make-up artists, and wardrobe stylists every where.” There Gabbie met one of the photographers that would be responsible for capturing her signature image. “Mikey Boy is one of the best photographers I have worked with. Most images of mine that have been showcased are by him. We have awesome chemistry, and he is definitely the one of the reasons I became sought after model.”

The last few years for Gabbie has been a whirlwind of success. She has charmed us in video for Playboy, graced the pages of My Inception Magazine & Picture Dis Magazine, ripped the runway for Target, Motions, and at DIVA Blush for Couture by Kit, kept the party going as a Target Urban Red Crew dancer at an industry exclusive party for Def Jam, hung out in Atlanta with celebrities such as actress Sanaa Lathan, various NFL players, even popped up on Amazon.com as feature in Picture Dis Models DVD Vol. No. 1, and will appear in Playboy's Cyber Club the week of June 25th, 2010.

2010 holds much potential for this rising stars’ budding career. Her ever increasing schedule includes trips to Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Chicago, New York, Texas, and Florida for various magazine and portfolio photo shoots, television, radio, and event appearances. “As most can tell I like to do thing differently, and my site will hold true to that.
