In recognition of Black History Month, I thought I'd pay homage to all of the black women in the entertainment industry that inspire me.

Of course I HAD to start with Naomi Campbell! She is definitely a true inspiration! When I started modeling, I was introduced to her work by my manager and stylist, Kimberly Steward. Looking at her images was like looking into a future of infinite possibilities. She showed me what is was to be a carefree and creative commodity. She is beautifully stunning, timeless, and has paved the way for many models to come after her.

One of my first nude photo shoots was a tribute to Naomi as you can see below. The photo was shot by Mikey Boy of Milwaukee, WI. I was totally nervous, but it is a photo that I am most proud of today!
